Hello my friend,
At the time of writing this letter, twenty awesome people have joined the club. How cool is that?! September has been interesting to say the least. My flooring drama that began last month has continued into this month. I’m so ready to get my home back in order. All of this chaos has really messed with my creativity, but I’m still finding a little bit of time to create. It’s mainly in my sketchbook though which is cool. If you’ve been following me for a while you know my sketchbook is my sanctuary. It’s where I go to tune out the world. In all these years it's never let me down.
I did manage to create a members only area for print club members this month. You should have received an email with the a link to sign up for it. It’s of course 100% free and is only for you. My wife thought my email may have been confusing, so I wanted to touch on it here. This members area is separate from when you signed up for the print club. You’ll have to go in and enter an email and create a password to join it. In the members area you can view the upcoming month's print with tentative shipping dates, past prints and letters, and a members only store.
Now onto the art.
Septembers print is titled A Royal Conversation. I actually began this artwork a few of months ago. While I was creating it I thought about how words shape our world and how powerful they can be. I think that’s never been more important than it is today. I think we have a responsibility to listen to differing view points and actually have a civil dialogue or everything we love and have worked so hard for will be for nothing.
