Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days. I normally ship once a week on Tuesdays. If you need it expedited, please contact me via email at JasonChambersArt@gmail.com

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I accept cancellations

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery

Request a cancellation: before item has shipped

I don’t accept exchanges

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

I do not except returns. All sales are final. If you have an issue with your order please contact me.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I saw a piece that I liked, but it is no longer in your shop. Do you sell prints of your work?

I do sell prints of my work. Send me a message of the piece you are interested in. 

Do you take commissions?

I will consider commissions, but that all depends on my schedule and other art obligations I may have going on at the time.

Also, abstract art is very unique and subjective. My pieces are created intuitively with no real preplanned design. I can create a piece with specific colors that you want, but the design will be purely intuitive. Please know the piece that I create for you may be different than the one you expect.

Will you frame and mat the art for me?

Absolutely. Just contact me, but please know the price will go up depending on the size of the frame and mat.

Why isn’t my art perfect?

The art that I create is handmade. The lines won’t be perfectly straight or there may be small marks or nicks on the paper. This gives the art that personal touch.
